1. Scope
These Cancellation & Refund Terms apply to the purchase of tickets and registrations for shows, workshops, seminars, and similar events with a fixed date and/or time.
2. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for contracts for leisure activities with a specific date or period.
All bookings are therefore binding.
3. Cancellation by Participants

Tickets for shows and performances are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted for:
Non-attendance (“no-show”)

Travel delays or scheduling conflicts
3.2 Workshops / Courses
Unless stated otherwise on the event page, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the event start: 100 % refund
Cancellation 7–13 days before the event start: 50 % refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before the event start or no-show: no refund
Cancellation must be made in writing (email is sufficient) and is effective upon receipt.
4. Substitute Participants
Participants may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost, provided the organiser is informed in writing before the event begins.
5. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser
5.1 Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket or participation fee.
Further claims for damages (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) are excluded unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
5.2 Event Postponement or Changes
If the event is rescheduled or significantly changed (e.g. date, location, or format), tickets remain valid for the new date.
If participation is no longer possible, participants may request a refund within 14 days of being notified of the change.
Minor changes to the program, schedule, speakers, or content do not entitle participants to a refund.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
Any booking, service, or transaction fees may be excluded from refunds unless legally required.
7. Force Majeure
The organiser is not liable for cancellations or changes due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, official restrictions, pandemics). In such cases, refunds or alternative dates may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.
